This week, as part of their topic on the Olympics, Corsica class visited the Olympic Park. While they were there they were lucky enough to get to go in to one of the venues used in the Olympics, the Aquatic Centre. The European Swimming Championships are on just now and they were able to watch a number of races. It was very exciting. Not only did they watch some of the races but they got to meet one of the athletes and a British medal winner, Hannah Louise Miley. What a fabulous day!
