Dear Parents/ Carers

After school clubs start on  Monday 11^th January. If your child would like a place, please fill in the form that was sent home on the last day of term and return it to the school office by Tuesday 5th January (the first day back after the Christmas Break).

There is a charge for some clubs, which will need to be paid before the club starts. (The right change is REALLY appreciated). If you receive free school dinners or are in financial difficulty and would like a place, please let us know.

We will let you know if your child gets a place in the club, by the end of the week beginning 4/1/16, to start the following week. Numbers are limited but we will try to be as fair as possible when allocating places. The criteria for selecting who does not get a place, in an oversubscribed club are;

• Have they already been in that club last term?
• Have they applied for lots of other club places and got other places?

Clubs will run for 9 weeks  (cooking for 4 weeks)
