Don’s Group Maths Homework – Due 13th November

This week we are starting to look at ‘measures’. In this homework I want you to think about what the different names can help tell us about the number and how it can help us remember how many each name is.

You are also asked look around the house and find as many different measures as you can. These could be the volume on a can of soft drink, or the length of toilet tissue on a toilet roll packet, or how much soup is in a tin. Ask your parents if you can cut out the section of packaging with the measure on it and if you can stick it onto the homework. If it’s not appropriate to cut out the packaging then simply copy the details onto your homework
