Year 5 took a trip to the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, last week. It was quite a long journey, but the children agreed that it was certainly worth it. Once we arrived, the children lay down and were transported across the solar system. It was interesting to see the stars above us and the distances between the planets. The children asked lots of amazing questions and were also able to answer the questions being presented to them! The children are really enjoying the Space Explorers topic!
