Year 3 were on a hunt for a star today, specifically at the Discovery Centre in Stratford.  This was an entry point to their new author, Oliver Jeffers, who they will be studying closely this term.  Not only did they get to read the book, but they were also given the opportunity to completely immerse themselves into Oliver Jeffers stories using props, role-play, and costumes!  All children (and adults!) had a fantastic afternoon!  Take a look at the photos below…
