The Brecknock and Torriano Federation has a legacy of strong mathematics teaching, with expert teachers leading on the implementation of maths mastery in North-West London. The schools have experience in leading peer learning, both within and beyond Camden.

Naomi Cave, Leader of Learning at Brecknock, is a qualified Mastery Specialist, Professional Development Lead and School Development Lead for North-West and Central London Maths Hub and The NCETM.
Naomi and Bethany Worlock, Maths Leader at Torriano, run Research and Innovation Working Groups with the NCETM, working with Local Leaders of Maths Education (LLME) in the Maths Hub as advocates for promoting high quality talk in Mathematics.
The federation delivers bespoke ITTE and ECT training for The Institute of Education on teaching for mastery.
