Trip to Joss Bay

The annual year 6 end of year trip to Joss Bay took place on Friday and was a huge success. Despite the weather being against us the Year 6s showed their resilience in the face of adversity and were quickly in the water jumping about and having a great time.

It stayed mainly dry, even if the sun didn’t really come out, but the children were fantastic – we heard nobody moaning other than to hurry up Monica and Ella about going back into the water after lunch! They were super keen!

Some of the children were lucky enough to spot a seal that came right in to the shore and popped up its head to say hello.

Well done year 6 – you were all fabulous sports and never let the weather spoil your enjoyment.
