Brecknock school took part in ‘Work Week’ which is organised by the charity ‘Inspire’. The aim is to teach children about the world of work and challenge stereotypes about job roles. Year 3 were lucky enough to visit KidZania and try a number of different roles, including- going to university, becoming a firefighter and learning to be a mechanic. The children earned KidZania money from their jobs which they were able to spend or save inside the complex. The children had a wonderful time and enjoyed being very independent.
