The learners of Jamaica class were given the opportunity to get involved with A LAB IN A LORRY.

Usually if you want to check your pulse do it at  your wrist by placing two fingers between the bone and the tendon over your radial artery — which is located on the thumb side of your wrist. When you feel your pulse, count the number of beats in 15 seconds. Multiply this number by 4 to calculate your beats a minute.

The kind scientists allowed us to measure our heartbeats using a heart monitor! Furthermore we learnt about the average size of a heart.
